Anti-inflammatory Recipe

Benefits of this anti-inflammatory recipe:

✨Ginger is anti-inflammatory. It can help with muscle pain, premenstrual pain, and joint pain.

🥕Carrots contain beta carotene ( vitamin A) which is good at supporting a healthy immune system and protecting mucous membranes.

🍊Oranges are high in vitamin C for the immune system, fight inflammation and help produce collagen for your skin and blood vessels.

✨Cinnamon is good for blood sugar regulation, is anti-inflammatory, and shown to lower lipid levels.

Ingredients:

5 large oranges (peeled)

4 large carrots (peeled)

5 inch ginger ( peeled)

Cinnamon stick broken into smaller pieces

  1. Add all the ingredients to a juicer. Stir the juice and slowly pour into an ice cube container.
  2. Sprinkle some cinnamon on the top of the ice cube.
  3. Freeze until frozen

Method:

Enjoy two ice cubes in a glass of boiling water and enjoy as a morning or evening tea ☕️
